In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tkp18", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tkp18 platform, operated at https://tkp18.bet, and the legal entity responsible for its operation.
• "Platform" — the tkp18 website accessible at https://tkp18.bet, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any associated software or applications provided by tkp18.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the tkp18 Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, which holds the Member's IDR balance, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Services" — all betting, casino, gaming, and related services made available through the Platform, including sportsbook wagering, live casino, slot games, Andar Bahar, and any other product offered by tkp18.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account by tkp18 pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification; the identity and document verification process required by tkp18 before withdrawals are processed and in other circumstances described herein.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Member must wager on qualifying games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction other than Indonesia, or any jurisdiction from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use the tkp18 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indonesian law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through any technology (including VPN, proxy, or IP-masking software) designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of tkp18, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by tkp18 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order on the tkp18 Platform.

tkp18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the tkp18 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other matching criterion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tkp18 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tkp18 customer support immediately.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tkp18 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your designated Indonesian payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

tkp18 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at Account registration, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at tkp18's reasonable discretion.

Required Documents

You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents as directed by tkp18's verification team:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM) issued by Indonesian authorities.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current Indonesian residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in your name.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. tkp18 aims to process KYC submissions within two business days, subject to document quality and completeness. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission.

All deposits to your tkp18 Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tkp18 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tkp18 accepts no responsibility.

Approved Deposit Channels

Deposits made via channels not listed above, or from accounts not registered in your own name, will be rejected and returned. tkp18 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. tkp18 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence procedures to large or unusual deposits, which may include a request for source-of-funds documentation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Platform's cashier section, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed additional verification for an alternative method.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• If a bonus has been accepted, any applicable Wagering Requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• tkp18 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it reasonably considers unusual, high-value, or potentially connected to fraudulent activity.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed within one to four hours during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as Idul Fitri, public holidays, or major sporting events. VIP tier members benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their loyalty programme benefits.

tkp18 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to verified Members who have accepted the specific promotion prior to the offer's expiry date.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Standard Wagering Requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds contribute to Wagering Requirements only when wagered on specified qualifying games. Live casino and sportsbook stakes may contribute at reduced rates; these rates are stated per promotion.
• A maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
• tkp18 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

All bets and wagers placed on the tkp18 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type, together with the general provisions of this clause.

Sportsbook

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body, or as published by tkp18's designated data provider. In the event of a discrepancy, the tkp18 data provider's result takes precedence. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; tkp18 accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect odds published due to technical error, and reserves the right to void such bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled on the combined outcome of all selected legs; a void leg reduces the accumulator accordingly.

Live Casino & Slots

All live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random procedures conducted by the game studio operator (Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play Live). All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. tkp18 does not alter game outcomes. Published RTP rates are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session returns.

Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically in accordance with the relevant game's rules engine. tkp18 accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

Void Bets

tkp18 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical malfunction resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes; clear typographical errors in displayed odds or payouts; suspicious betting patterns indicative of match-fixing; or events abandoned without a result. Void bets are returned to the Member's Account balance at face value.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkp18 Platform. Violation of any provision in this clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, Tor browser, or similar technology to conceal your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Clause 8.
• Placing bets with the intention of arbitraging promotional offers or exploiting free-bet terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkp18 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

tkp18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, available through the Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Changes to limits that increase your spending cap take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable during the chosen period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tkp18.

tkp18 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tkp18.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tkp18 uses your personal data to: operate your Account and process transactions; verify your identity for KYC purposes; comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; detect and prevent fraud and money laundering; and provide customer support. tkp18 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkp18 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not tkp18 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, or any error, omission, or inaccuracy in Platform content, caused by circumstances beyond tkp18's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or third-party service outages.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tkp18's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, and that you bear sole responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your Account. tkp18 provides the Platform as an entertainment service; it does not provide investment, financial, or gambling-strategy advice.

tkp18 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change that significantly alters your rights or obligations — tkp18 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the tkp18 Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tkp18's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

tkp18 operates its Platform for the entertainment of adult Indonesian players. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. tkp18 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside the Platform's intended territory.
